🛒 Ordering & Products

Q: Where are your products shipped from?
A: Our items are sourced and shipped directly from our trusted suppliers around the world, primarily based in the US, UK, and Asia. This allows us to offer a wide range of curated bedroom and kitchen essentials at affordable prices.

Q: Are your products in stock?
A: Yes — if you can add it to your cart, it's available! However, inventory may change quickly during peak seasons.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us at info@nestalnode.com as soon as possible.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the USA, UK, and selected international countries. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, feel free to email us.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Average shipping times:

  • USA & UK: 7–15 business days

  • Other locations: 10–20 business days
    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the USA ($50 and up) and UK ( £40 and up) for now and we're working hard to provide free shipping to other regions in the world.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking info to update.

 

📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: We're sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nestalnode.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A: We accept most major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other local payment options at checkout.
